This privacy policy applies to the iDraw: Trace & Sketch Art app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Binh Le (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, including information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), the screens or features you use, the date and time of use, time spent in the Application, device and operating-system information, and app diagnostics. The exact information collected depends on your device settings and the features and third-party services in use.
The Application uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how people use the Application and Firebase Crashlytics to identify and diagnose crashes and stability issues. These services may process app usage, device, and diagnostic information as described in Google's privacy documentation.
The Application does not collect precise location information.
Photos and drawings: When you select a photo or image for tracing or drawing, the image is processed on your device. The Application does not upload those selected photos or images to the Service Provider's servers. Images you create or edit remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them using another app or service.
Advertising: The Application displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect or receive device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction information, and other data to provide, measure, and help prevent fraud in advertising. The data used for advertising may depend on your device settings, applicable consent choices, and the ad configuration. See Google's AdMob privacy information for details.
Subscriptions and purchases: The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payments; the Service Provider does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple may provide purchase or subscription status information needed to determine access to premium features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
The Application does not require you to create an account to use its core drawing features. If you contact the Service Provider, information you choose to include in your message will be used to respond to your request.
Information may be processed by the third-party providers listed below to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and platform services. Their processing is subject to their own privacy policies and settings. The Service Provider does not sell your photos or drawings.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable requirements. Data handled by third-party providers is also subject to their retention practices. The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (ryanle2212@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
